About
AJ completed his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta in 2024. Prior to this, he decided to return to his east coast roots to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of New Brunswick in 2022. Throughout his physiotherapy education, AJ has gained valuable experience working in a variety of clinical settings including both private practice and hospital acute care. He has gained a particular interest in upper and lower musculoskeletal conditions.
AJ’s treatment philosophy is one that is evidence-based, collaborative, and individualized to his patients at hand to meet their unique physiotherapy goals. AJ combines patient education, hands-on manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise prescription with the goal of enhancing overall physical function. In addition, AJ has intentions to pursue further specialized training in dry needling, vestibular rehab as well as obtaining his orthopedic levels. AJ is passionate about guiding his patients through their rehab journey and he strives to make a positive impact on their quality of life.
Outside of the clinic, AJ loves to stay active. He maintains an active lifestyle through his hobbies of weightlifting, golfing, hiking, and playing hockey.
