Rashi is a Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta and has over five years of clinical experience in both India and Canada. She has worked in various clinical settings and possesses special interests in orthopedics and sports rehabilitation.

She employs a variety of treatment approaches including  pain management, kinesiology taping, modalities and forming personalized rehabilitation programs for her patients. She is passionate about empowering her patients through education and individualized treatment plans, integrating manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient-centered rehabilitation strategies to ensure sustainable recovery. She believes in addressing the root cause of injuries and optimizing recovery through evidence-based practice.

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, she fosters strong patient relationships through empathetic communication and personalized care. Rashi is committed to continuous learning and excellence in patient care. She strives to help her patients regain function, mobility, and confidence in their daily lives.

Rashi enjoys spending her free time indulging in creative and relaxing activities. She loves reading books, listening to music, writing, and exploring new recipes. On weekends, she often goes hiking or hits the gym to stay refreshed.
