Carter graduated from Brock University with both a Bachelor and Masters of Professional Kinesiology. With a passion and background in sports, this led him to pursue a career in the rehabilitation field. Carter strives to expand his knowledge in the concussion field. His goal is to be able to provide clinical treatment and exercise based programs to help those recovering from concussions.

He has a background as a clinicians’ assistant and co-operative education experience as a student Kinesiologist and High Performance Coach.
