Hiruni is a skilled physiotherapist who graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy. She also holds a diploma in Exercise and Sport Sciences. With over four years of experience working at a teaching hospital in Sri Lanka, Hiruni developed expertise in managing musculoskeletal (MSK), orthopedic, neurological conditions, and sports injuries.

Her career expanded to Vancouver, where she worked in various long-term care facilities, specializing in geriatric rehabilitation, fall prevention, and balance training.

Hiruni’s approach to physiotherapy focuses on exercise-based rehabilitation and manual therapy. She has extensive experience treating workplace injuries and motor vehicle accident (MVA) rehabilitation, helping her patients regain their strength and mobility efficiently.

When she’s not working, Hiruni enjoys spending time with her family and is passionate about learning new skills to enhance both her personal and professional life.
