Ken has been practicing as a registered psychologist for 14 years. Over this time, he has developed a deep appreciation for ensuring others are treated with kindness and integrity. He has extensive experience working with adults affected by trauma or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), including First Responders, as well as treating adults affected by depression, anxiety, phobias, grief/loss, anger, or pain.
He primarily draws from treatment modalities such as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), prolonged exposure therapy (PE), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.
