Born and raised in Alberta, Arzoo grew up with a passion for sports, fitness, and wellness, which lead to her to the field of physiotherapy. Arzoo holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology with a focus in Athletic Therapy from the University of Calgary and a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney. Arzoo is an avid learner and continually pursues training to advance her practice to benefit her patients' recovery and treatment.

Prior to becoming a physiotherapist, Arzoo worked at PT Health and with several sports teams as a kinesiologist and Athletic Therapist focusing on return-to-sport and sport-related injuries. Her background gives her the ability to treat all aspects of patient recovery, from the beginning stages to a full return to regular activities. Arzoo focuses patient rehabilitation on an exercise-based approach, while also providing patient education and manual therapy. She specializes in treating musculoskeletal injuries (muscles and joints) and post surgical rehab.

If Arzoo isn’t at the gym or treating patients, you can find her playing sports, hiking, traveling or taking photos of breath-taking views!
