Selena received her massage therapy diploma at MH Vicars School of Massage
Therapy. She is a member in good standing with the Remedial Massage Therapists
Association.

Selena believes in massage for its ability to both prevent and treat conditions related
to stress and injury.

In addition to hands on techniques, Selena uses cupping, active and passive
stretching, joint mobilizations and hydrotherapy in her treatments. She will provide
you with simple and easy recommendations to continue your treatment at home.

Selena is trained in myofascial deep tissue, prenatal, relaxation, manual lymphatic
drainage, orthopedic assessment and has a special interest in TMJ extra/intra oral
massage.

After studying business and working in the insurance industry, Selena was drawn to
a new career that would allow her to directly help people live healthy and pain-free
lives. She enjoys a variety of activities including tennis, snowboarding, exploring
new cities and making music with her band.
