pt Health - Chatham Physiotherapy specializes in physiotherapy and massage therapy for all types of clients.
Our specially trained physiotherapists provide assessment and rehabilitation for OHIP, WSIB, MVA, Private and OWN clients.
We also provide an interdisciplinary pain management program.
Our physiotherapy and rehab clinic has a large well-equipped gymnasium for therapeutic exercise programs. The facility is located entirely at street level.
Equipment includes a treadmill, upright bicycles, recumbent bicycles, a stepper, large multi-gym, free weights, exercise balls and balance training aides.
There are two private treatment rooms; a massage therapy room; and a three-bed curtained treatment area for our physiotherapy and specialty services.
In addition to our physiotherapy and massage therapy services, we offer a number of specialty programs.
The clinical staff includes:
- three physiotherapists
- one registered massage therapists
- one registered kinesiologist
- one physiotherapy assistant
- one occupational therapist
We provide rehabilitation services for motor vehicle accidents, sport injuries, post-surgical, work-related (WSIB/employer) injuries, private patients, long-term disability, Ontario Worker Network (OWN) and eligible Community Funded (OHIP) clients.
The clinic provides a number of assessment services including WorkWell Functional Capacities Evaluations (FCE); Ergonomic Assessments; and assessments for return-to-work or treatment planning.
We can also provide acupuncture services.
Our clinic offers OHIP-funded physiotherapy services. Funding is provided through the Ontario Community Physiotherapy Program. Patients that meet the criteria for acceptance can be treated at this clinic.
