Orthotics

Addressing foot alignment and discomfort

Our clinicians will complete a full assessment of your orthotic and pedorthic needs, including a lower extremity biomechanical examination, gait analysis, casting and footwear evaluation.

Custom foot orthotics (CFOs) are used to treat a variety of orthopaedic conditions including heel pain, knee pain, leg length discrepancies and low back pain

Alleviate painful or debilitating conditions of the lower limb

  • Treat orthopaedic injuries
  • Accommodate foot deformities
  • Re-align anatomical structures
  • Redistribute external and internal forces
  • Improve balance / control of biomechanical function

CFOs are also prescribed for arthritis and diabetes. Our clinicians can have custom casted insoles fabricated for your specific foot type. CFOs fit into your shoes to improve weight-bearing mechanics and the comfort of your feet and lower extremities.

Our therapists are trained in fitting and modifying custom foot orthotics and footwear.

Most extended health care insurance plans cover custom foot orthotics. Please check your insurance plan for this information.
