Adrian has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2011, after graduating from D'Arcy Lane Institute. With almost 15 years of experience, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of the body's mechanics, helping clients achieve optimal health and performance.

As a former competitive swimmer who competed in the World Masters’ Championship in 2014, Adrian has a particular passion for working with athletes of all levels, from professionals to weekend warriors. He specializes in fascial techniques and deep tissue massage, effectively targeting the deep layers of muscle tension to enhance athletic performance, accelerate recovery, and alleviate chronic pain.

He is committed to delivering personalized care, tailoring his techniques to address each client’s unique needs. He prides himself on creating a supportive, professional environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to reach their wellness goals.

Outside of his professional life, Adrian is happiest when he's in a pool big enough for flip turns, riding waves, and/or traveling with his wife to explore new places.
