Amy graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley in 2015 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and an extended minor degree in Psychology.

Her interest in Kinesiology and Rehabilitation stems from her extensive experience in gymnastics as a National level athlete, Team BC member, and gymnastics coach. Having obtained several debilitating gymnastic injuries, Amy pursued a career in which she can help others to move towards living a pain free life. 

She takes pride in her lesson plans based on an individual’s physical and mental abilities, while continually motivating and encouraging them. Amy believes in promoting a healthy lifestyle and understands the commitment needed to help individuals through their rehabilitation and overcome their limitations.

Amy is a member of the BC Association of Kinesiologists and continually expands her knowledge with attendance at seminars and classes.

Away from work, Amy continues to be active in the gym and loves hiking and snowboarding on local trails and mountains. She also loves to travel to new places and meet new people.
