About

Analyn Arguelles is a highly skilled physiotherapist who has been working at Regina Sports and Physiotherapy Clinic since September 2012. She received her Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from Silliman University in the Philippines and became licensed to practice in Canada shortly after. Prior to joining Regina Sports and Physiotherapy Clinic, Analyn worked as an OT/PT Assistant at Quick Response Unit, where she gained experience working with the elderly population.

Analyn has a special interest in the lumbar spine and is dedicated to helping her clients become more accountable for their own back health. To further her expertise in this area, she has completed the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (Parts A, B, C and D). Analyn is also committed to serving clients from all types of groups.

Shes expanded her skills by taking a range of additional courses, including the Mulligan Concept (Upper and Lower Quadrants), Canadian Orthopedic Division Level 1, Muscle Mobilization Technique, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Mike Reinold’s Master Course on Shoulder Evaluation and Treatment, Pregnancy, Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist by Sarah Duvall, K Taping Pro course and a Pain course through Lifemark.

In her free time, Analyn is an active member of Couples for Christ, a religious community organization. She enjoys spending time with her husband Fennie, their two kids Ivan and Ianna, and their dog Lucy Bean. Together, they enjoy camping, biking, playing badminton and tennis, working out, and going on family trips.
