About
Beata believes that every patient recovers differently from injuries and that treatment should be individualized to ensure the best results possible. Well-versed in a broad range of therapeutic techniques and dedicated to orthopedic manual therapy, Beata is continuously updating her hands-on techniques through various courses. Beata enjoys working with all her patients from infants to the elderly. Over the years she has gained experience helping clients with various orthopedic and sports-related and pediatric conditions. Beata has a special interest in Pelvic health and urinary incontinence and has completed post-graduate Pelvic Health Training and works with women and men to help resolve this complicated and debilitating disorder.
Beata has also been certified with CanFit Canada for 11 years and greatly enjoys teaching group fitness classes in Barrie including TABATA, HIIT, Pilates and Yoga. She believes that improving muscle imbalances, flexibility, and strength along with proper nutrition is important to achieve optimal health and wellness. Beata is an accomplished runner and has completed numerous marathons and triathlons including the Chicago marathon in 2021 and she is looking forward to completing the Toronto full and Ottawa half marathon this summer.
Beata also loves spending time with her family playing tennis, biking, swimming, and skiing.
