Bridget graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, majoring in physical activity and health. She works as a kinesiologist in the return to work program in the clinic. Bridget completed her student practicum placement with us at Grande Prairie Lifemark, and soon joined our team after graduating. Bridget is passionate about exercise prescription, injury rehabilitation, and helping clients through recovery.

She is a fitness fanatic, enthusiastic about health and wellness, who loves all things sport and leisure related.
