Cassidy is a recent graduate from the University of Regina convocating in 2021, receiving a degree in Kinesiology with a major in Human Kinetics.

She has a certification with the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology (CSEP), in which she is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP). She also is a part of the Canadian Kinesiology Alliance (CKA).  

Physical activity has always played an important part of Cassidy’s life as she played high-level hockey for 12 years, and continues to play recreationally. In her spare time, she enjoys to go for runs as well as play the ukulele and guitar. Cassidy enjoys spending time outdoors, going camping and being around family and friends.
