Daryl graduated from Trinity Western University with a Bachelor's degree in Human Kinetics in the Kinesiology stream. He is also a Registered Kinesiologist with BCAK and a personal trainer.

His experience in his own preparation for and recovery from a major spinal surgery ignited his passion to help others, using exercise to help people recover and prepare for whatever life might throw at them.
