Hannah Mateo is a Kinesiology graduate from Sheridan College. She strives to promote health and wellness through functional exercise and client-centred care. She has a background in the health care sector through experience as a Student Nurse. Her bedside care is what inspired her to pursue her practice in physical rehabilitation. She looks for ways to blend exercises into everyday living and overcome barriers to physical activity.
