Jeff completed an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology Program from Brock University in 2021. He has been registered with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario since 2022. Jeff is actively seeking opportunities to gain experience and further his education within the health and wellness industry to help others enhance their functional abilities and healthy movement. 

He has completed the WellWise Functional Capacity Evaluation Course in 2022.

He is currently enrolled in the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy program where he will be learning a prinicple-based approach to manual osteopathic techniques in order to better treat his patients with non-invasive manual therapy.

In his spare time, Jeff loves going to the gym, playing guitar, and spending time with family and friends.
