About

Jessica is a 2015 graduate from the Master of Science in Physiotherapy program at the University of Toronto. Prior to this, she had completed her Bachelor of Health and Physical Education at Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario. 

She has completed her AA1: Foundations of Anatomical Acupuncture, and uses acupuncture and electro-acupuncture in her practice. She has also completed several courses in concussion assessment and management as well as vestibular therapy. Other continued education includes courses in advanced lower extremity assessment and treatment, exercise therapy in shoulder care, an introductory course that allows her to assess and provide treatment options for osteoporosis, as well as assessment and treatment of TMJ conditions. More recently she completed a course in cupping.   

Jessica was born and raised in Sudbury and wanted to return home after school to work in the community and be close to friends and family. She loves running, hiking, yoga and going to camp. She also loves to travel and explore new places. As well, she welcomed her beautiful daughter into the world in 2024 and loves being a mom and being active with her family.
