About
Krystal graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. Prior to this, she completed her undergraduate degree in Bio-Medical Science from the University of Guelph and a Graduate Certificate in Exercise Science for Health and Performance at Niagara College. She has completed her Level 1 certification in manual therapy with the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and plans to further her knowledge with post-graduate education in acupuncture, manual therapy and pelvic health. Krystal was the proud recipient of the 2023 Welland Tribune Reader's Choice Gold Award for Best Physiotherapist.
During her undergraduate degree, Krystal discovered the benefits that daily movement has on mental and physical well-being and never looked back, leading her to complete further education at Niagara College which solidified her goal in completing her education in Physiotherapy.
Her treatment focus is to always include her clients in the rehabilitation process to help empower them with the knowledge needed to understand how their body works and allow them to be active participants in the process. Clients can expect the use of functional exercise, complemented with manual therapy to help accomplish their goals.
When not in the clinic, Krystal finds every reason to spend time outside. Whether that be finding new hiking spots to explore year-round, swimming at the beach in the summer or snowboarding in the winter. She also enjoys hot yoga, tennis and spending time with her two dogs Charlie and River.
