Lesley Notari, MSc OT, OT Reg. (Ont.) is a qualified Occupational Therapist licensed to practice in the province of Ontario. She is a member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario and with the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists. She is a graduate of Queen’s University with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy and a graduate from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology.

She has been providing comprehensive occupational therapy assessment and intervention to clients of all ages with complex orthopaedic injuries, brain injuries, chronic pain, and mental health conditions for fourteen years. Lesley has expertise in providing in-home assessments, discharge planning, ergonomic assessments, case management, functional restoration programs, functional abilities evaluations, cognitive abilities evaluations, job site coaching, and assistive device prescription.

She has completed Shannon McGuire’s Concussion Management Workshop Level 1 & 2 and the Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Fundamental Skills Course through the University of Toronto (OISIE). She is certified to perform functional assessments through Workwell Functional Capacity Evaluation.

During her spare time, Lesley enjoys running, weightlifting, and spending time with her husband and two children.
