Lisa was raised in rural New Brunswick and moved to Halifax in 2019 to pursue her BSc in Kinesiology at Dalhousie University where she graduated with first class honours in May of 2023. Lisa is also a certified personal trainer with the NSCA and through internships, volunteer work and private practice she has worked with individuals at all levels from athletes, general public and cancer survivors. She is passionate about helping people become stronger through exercise so that they can continue to enjoy all the activities in their lives. 

In her free time Lisa loves to be outdoors, from hiking with her pup to biking with friends. You can also find her relaxing at a local coffee shop with a book and a warm drink. 

Lisa hopes to share her love for movement with all clients and work alongside them to help them achieve their goals.
