Thess, as she is fondly called, is a Registered Physiotherapist. In the Philippines, she earned her Bachelors degree in 1998. She worked in a tertiary hospital where she worked in a variety of settings which has given her experience in treating orthopedic, geriatric, and neurological conditions.

In 2013, Thess immigrated to Canada and with hardwork and perseverance, she became a Canadian licensed Physiotherapist in 2018. Since then, Thess has worked at both of our Sutton and Keswick locations.

Thess is passionate about helping people to reduce pain, recover from their injury and return to activities or sports that they enjoy. She combines active exercise therapy with manual therapy, mobilization techniques, physical modalities, and client education. She has extensive experience in treating a wide variety of populations including those seeking treatment for general musculoskeletal impairments, post-op rehabilitation, WSIB injuries, MVA patients, and sports injuries.

Thess believes that your attitude as the health provider can make a huge difference in how your patients feel. It will help them feel they are being cared for with compassion and it provides a positive impact on their road to recovery.
