Pulkit is a Physiotherapist and Clinic Director at Lifemark Four Corners. He joined the Lifemark Sudbury team in December 2021 as a Community Physiotherapy Clinic Lead and Physiotherapist. He is internationally trained physiotherapist who graduated from Manipal University, India, in 2008.

He moved to Sudbury in 2009 for his Master's degree in Human Kinetics at Laurentian University. His research focus was on evaluating foot transmitted vibration in underground miners and efficacy of different orthotics and mining boots in attenuating those vibrations. This project was funded by Workplace Safety Insurance Board of Ontario, Centre for Research Expertise in the Prevention of Musculoskeletal Disorders, Ontario Mining Industry and Work Safety North. While pursuing his Master’s, Pulkit got his license to practice Physiotherapy in Canada.

He has been practicing Physiotherapy since 2012 in Canada and maintains good standing with College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Pulkit has worked across various programs and streams since 2012 including WSIB surgical and non-surgical specialty programs for upper extremity, lower extremity and back injuries; WSIB mTBI programs; return to work rehabilitation programs; completing Functional Capacity Evaluations (WorkWell Certified); Job match functional testings; Concussion and Vestibular Rehabilitation, Motor Vehicle Injury rehab and Slow paced in-patient geriatric rehabilitation. He is also LEAN Six-Sigma Green Belt certified and has great interest and involvement in quality improvement projects with focus on improving healthcare delivery, patient centric care and compassionate care.

Outside work, Pulkit enjoys spending time with his little family and two furry friends. He has a passion for sport of Cricket, and is one of the Pioneer members for establishing the Big Nickel Cricket Club of Sudbury and Northern Ontario Cricket League. He loves to spend time in nature and is often seen hiking with his family and furry friends in our beautiful trails. He is also an avid Motorcyclist and loves to ride and explore on his motocycle and learn about the machine.
