Rob graduated from physiotherapy at Dalhousie University in 1990. Rob served as a physiotherapist in the Canadian Forces for 20 years at various places across Canada and two deployments. Rob has been certified in Advance Manual Therapy, Intramuscular Stimulation, Postural Restoration, Active Release Therapy, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, Specific Functional Movement Assessment, as well as various other short courses.

Rob has always been physically active. He has a black belt in Aikido and is currently a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He traveled extensively and enjoys outside activities as well as gardening.
