Sagar completed his Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from Acharya Institute of Health Sciences affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University in 2009. Since then, he has gained experienced in both community and Center (clinical) based physical rehabilitation. He successfully completed his Canadian physiotherapy competency exam in 2019.

Sagar has continued to update and add skills by doing courses like acupuncture and dry needling (lumbo-pelvic region, cervical-thoracic region) in 2019, concussion management level 1 in 2021, and additional workshops on manual therapy concepts for vertebral column (Cyrix and McKenzie approach), Mulligan concept, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation.
