Sandra graduated from ICT Northumberland College in 2007 with a 2200 hr massage therapy diploma. She is a member of both the massage therapist association of Nova Scotia (MTANS), and the massage therapists association of Manitoba (MTAM). Since graduating in 2007, she has taken a number of courses from cupping, to K-taping, to headache & neck pain treatment, and even infant massage.

She is originally from Guysborough, but spent her teenage years on the South Shore. She has spent most of her career working in rehab centers, and specializes in pre & post surgical massage. After spending some time in Manitoba, and Ontario, Sandra is back in Nova Scotia.

When she’s not working, she spends most of her time hiking, kayaking, and exploring new places.
