Sarah graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2018. She then completed a post-graduate certificate in Infection Control from Queen’s University.

Her interest for health and wellness began when seeking care for her own sports injuries in either hockey, rowing, baseball or boxing. Here she learned first-hand about the recovery journey and rehabilitative process.

She believes in the pursuit of knowledge with practical application to ensure the success of athletes and clients while utilizing the theory that exercise is medicine. Sarah has recently received an athletic taping certificate and is volunteering as a medical first responder. Most recently, Sarah is the proud recipient of the 2023 Welland Tribune Reader's Choice Diamond Award for Best Kinesologist. 

She plans to continue gaining experience and training in the strength and conditioning field to help people optimize healthy movement and functional abilities. When she isn’t working or studying, Sarah can be found lifting weights, wood working or spending time with her family and energetic dog Luna.
