Sheetal is a clinical director and registered physiotherapist for the Dougall location. She attained a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, India, 2004. In 2006, she completed a post-graduate certificate in Health Informatics at George Brown College, Toronto.

She is a member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario since 2010 and has been a part of our multi-disciplinary Lifemark team since June 2011. As a clinic director, she strives to provide outstanding customer service and excellent care to patients to meet client needs.

Sheetal’s clinical practice utilizes her training in pelvic health, chronic pain, acupuncture, manual therapy, cancer rehab, occupational rehab, concussion management and exercise therapy. Furthermore, she is actively pursuing a wide range of educational courses to upgrade her knowledge and skillset and has completed her training in pelvic health (level 1, 2, 3, 4, and 7), acupuncture level 1, acupuncture for the pelvic health therapist, McKenzie (part A, B, C & D), manual therapy (level 1 and level II upper), WorkWell FCE, K-taping, occupational rehab, cancer rehab, concussion management, cupping therapy, Mulligan lower quadrant and GLA:D Canada.

Sheetal works closely with her teammates to ensure the highest quality of client-centered care is provided to meet clinic-specific goals and objectives. Sheetal is also responsible for the overall success of the clinic, which includes financial management, marketing, and business development as well as a commitment to quality improvement.

Sheetal’s hobbies include canvas painting, candle making, cooking, dining, and traveling.
