Our philosophy

We believe in physiotherapy that puts compassion and quality at the forefront. Our highly skilled and dedicated therapists treat on a one-to-one basis. Thorough assessments are always completed with the whole person in mind, which helps us to develop a treatment plan that strives to address the cause versus solely treating the symptoms or impairments.

We know that neuroplasticity (change in the nervous system) and bioplasticity (change in body tissues) are the pillars of rehabilitation, so we use evidence-based and successful clinical experience approaches to all treatments. We believe that despite our significant knowledge in rehabilitation, there is always more to learn and perfect. Therefore, all our therapists are lifelong learners and take extensive courses to improve their skills and knowledge base.

We love being therapists and enjoy making the rehabilitation experience relevant, fun, and unique for each individual.

The clinic

We offer 30, 45, 60 or 90 minute appointments in our private treatment rooms. When required, we can provide our services in your home, retirement/long-term care residence, or in your gym facility.

We triage all clients in order to have the best match possible between individual needs and therapist skills. Each therapist is matched with clients presenting with issues for which they have experience, training, and a passion for treating. If we feel we cannot provide the skill set to optimally meet a clients needs, we will refer to another more appropriate external provider.

In every appointment, the patient gets the full, undivided attention of a highly-trained registered physiotherapist for the appointment duration in a private treatment room – no switching between clients.

You are always an active participant in your rehabilitation process.  You will be asked to be actively involved in setting your personalized goals, learning and understanding your body, and participating in the treatment process in the clinic and at home.
